Supporting Activities: Our on-location activities include research, interview, data acquisition, and on-location photography. Our in-house activities include technical writing, graphic art, technical illustration, exploded views, PhotoDrafting (a process that converts photographic images into editable line art), page layout, reproduction services, and electronic publishing.
Ancillary Activities: Our customer support activities include complete in-house color and black-and-white reproduction services, collating, binding, and assembly services — all at competitive prices. When foreign language translation is required, text and page layout are produced in a manner that is consistent with multilingual presentation and the target audience.
Our Services: TechnicalManuals.com provides all of the services necessary to produce user manuals, job aids (for on-site operator equipment training), and technology transfer documentation (for licensing of proprietary manufacturing processes). Where applicable, we also provide lockout/tagout placards and tags that are specific to our customer’s equipment.
Primary Activities: We develop and produce technical manuals that are specific to our customer’s equipment support needs, be they automotive, automation, aviation, commercial, industrial, or military (including military specification manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, provisioning parts lists, and screening data). Our manuals are succinct and written specifically for the target audience. Furthermore, our manuals employ a one-word, one-meaning vocabulary that is specific to the equipment, unambiguous, and designed to facilitate language translation.
